Increasing Female Participation in the Workforce

According to S&P Global, the increasing participation of women in Saudi Arabia's workforce is expected to boost the country’s economy by $39 billion, or 3.5 per cent, by 2032 if the current rate of growth is retained.

Furthermore, Saudi Arabia’s ambitious Vision 2030 diversification programme has aimed to boost women's participation in the workforce with a target of increasing employment opportunities for women to three million.

Who can qualify?

To qualify you should be a:

1) Saudi national woman. Your ID will be checked before registration on the day of the event. We reserve the right to refuse admission if Saudi nationality can not be proved.

2) Employed at a Director-level or above position

3) Be working in the hospitality sector

Is the complimentary ticket for the whole event?

The complimentary pass to FHS Saudi Arabia will be for the whole event, not just for a single day.

Can I attend if I don't reside in Saudi Arabia?

You can be based anywhere, as long as you are a Saudi national you can qualify.
