The Industry Pioneer Award aims to honour entrepreneurs based in Saudi Arabia who have exhibited creativity, resilience, and forward-thinking in addressing challenges within the hospitality sector. We are specifically interested in recognizing individuals who have launched innovative initiatives or solutions with a clear focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts. Whether it's addressing food waste management, promoting accessibility solutions, or implementing empowerment programs, we seek nominees who are dedicated to making a tangible difference in our industry.

We want to emphasize that while age is a criteria for the Leaders of Tomorrow Award, it is not a factor for the Industry Pioneer Award. We recognize that entrepreneurship knows no bounds, and impactful contributions can come from individuals at various stages of their careers.

To register for this Award, the Candidate will need to be nominated by their peers or line manager.

Winner to be announced: 21st April 2024

Winner will be provided with complimentary tickets to attend FHS Saudi Arabia and will receive their awards on 1 May at 11:10 on the main stage.

The criteria for this award is as follows:

- The Candidate must be based and working in Saudi Arabia within the hospitality industry

- Has made a direct impact by launching innovative initiatives or solutions with a clear focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impact within their Company or the industry

- Has found a solution to positively impact the hospitality industry through their initiatives

- Nominated by their peers or line manager “Referee”
