Amir Amidi is the Managing Partner for Plug and Play’s Travel and Hospitality Program. In this role, Amir is responsible for 35+ startup investments and corporate relationships including but not limited to Jetblue Ventures, Singapore Airlines, Accor Hotels, CWT, Sabre, Changi Airport, Fraport, etc....Plug and Play’s mission is to invest in 20 travel tech startups annually and bridge the gap between the innovators and industry leaders. Previously Amir Amidi was the Senior Director of Strategic Accounts at Nor1, the leader in upsell technologies for Hotels brands. During his tenure at Nor1, the company grew it's hotel client base from 600 properties to 5000. In this role, Amir was responsible for strategic partnerships with brands like IHG, Fairmont, and Carlson.
